Program Overview

SYB Summer Ball is designed for players who want to continue developing skills and competing after the spring season. Teams play against surrounding towns, build confidence, and keep the baseball momentum going through the summer.

• Ages: 8U–14U
• Team Size: 11 players per team
• Season Start: June 22, 2026
• Team Declarations (Hock): Must be submitted by May 24, 2026

What’s Included

• 2 tournaments included in the Summer Ball fee:
  • One tournament hosted in Stoughton
  • One tournament selected by the team’s coach
• Additional tournaments may become available at an additional cost.

Teams & Evaluations

Evaluations will be held in mid-March for Division 1 teams. Based on registration numbers, we may also field a Division 2 team or a Division 3 team (a combination of 9/10s or 11/12s, etc).

• Evaluations: Mid-March (Division 1)
• Divisions: Determined by registration totals
• Goal: Competitive and balanced teams
