👟 Cleats
Shoes with molded cleats should be worn.
CHECK YOUR BAT
Bat Standards
- Bat must comply with USA Bat standards.
- See your league General Rules for more specifics.
- USSSA and BBCOR bats are NOT allowed.

- Tall socks
What to Wear
Kids should wear comfortable athletic clothing. For early season (chilly) practices, consider a long-sleeve shirt or hoodie.
As it warms up, shorts and short sleeves may be tempting, but with sliding, ground balls, and pop-ups, it’s recommended to wear sweatpants or baseball pants.
