Stoughton Youth Baseball Kicks Off the 2025 Season with Exciting Opening Day Festivities

Baseball season is back in Stoughton, and the community is ready to celebrate! Stoughton Youth Baseball (SYB) will officially open its 2025 season on Saturday, April 26, with a full day of festivities, starting with the annual Opening Day Parade and ending with plenty of action on the field.
A Grand Parade to Start the Day
The day’s excitement will begin in the morning as all league teams—players in their freshly minted uniforms—march in a spirited parade through town, showing off their team pride. Parents, family members, and supporters will line the streets to cheer on their young athletes as they make their way to the fields at Elm Street Complex, the heart of Stoughton’s baseball action.
Opening Ceremonies & Scholarships
Once the parade arrives at the complex, opening ceremonies will take place, setting the tone for an unforgettable season. The National Anthem will be performed, bringing the community together in a moment of pride and unity.
A highlight of the morning will be the presentation of SYB’s annual youth scholarships, awarded to outstanding young athletes who have shown dedication both on and off the field. These scholarships help support graduating seniors as they take the next step in their education.
A Special First Pitch
