Our SYB Board of Directors is a dedicated group of volunteers who work tirelessly to create a positive, organized, and enriching baseball experience for young athletes in our community. Comprised of parents, coaches, and community members, the board oversees all aspects of the league—from registration and scheduling to fundraising and field maintenance.

Each board member brings unique skills and a shared passion for youth sports, ensuring the league operates smoothly, fairly, and in the best interests of our players.

• Leadership & Governance: Establishing league policies, maintaining compliance with safety regulations, and upholding the league’s mission.
• Operations & Logistics: Managing registration, scheduling games, coordinating umpires, and organizing tournaments.
• Player & Coach Support: Setting league rules, providing training resources, and addressing concerns that arise.
• Financial Management: Handling sponsorships, fundraising efforts, and ensuring financial transparency.
• Community Engagement: Communicating with parents, players, and the community through email, social media, and league events.
• Facility & Equipment Management: Overseeing field maintenance, ensuring equipment safety, and keeping concession stands stocked.

As a 100% volunteer-run organization, the board depends on the dedication of its members and the support of the community. Their work allows young players to enjoy baseball without the high costs associated with professionally managed leagues.
