2020 Board of Director Annual Meeting Notice

2020 Annual Board of Director Notice

We have closed out the 2019 baseball season and wanted to reach out to the entire membership seeking people to join the board of directors for the 2020 season. Being part of the board provides you with the opportunity to help shape the league for many years to come. Stoughton Youth Baseball relies on volunteers to keep the organization running year over year.

The SYB BOD at all times makes decisions for the betterment of the players and baseball community as a whole, be them daily logistics or long term strategies …… if you feel you are able to contribute or have had differing ideas with BOD decisions, then joining the BOD in some capacity will allow you to further voice and enact those ideas to ensure the viability and growth of SYB.

Our annual meeting to elect the 2020 Board of Directors will be held on Wednesday October 23rd at 7PM at the Stoughton Police Department Community Room.

You will see below a description of all board member positions and we look forward to your consideration in joining the board and be a part of another successful 2020 season. Please reach out to any of the existing board members if you have any questions or want to express interest in joining.
